Emanciputer/Save your index finger by eliminating RSI![text]

Save your index finger by changing the habit of mouse click!

My index finger ached from clicking.
My poor index, hand, wrist, forearm!
I had a backache too.

But I got well again.
Let me introduce a new method.
We have to keep our body balance.
People receive a serious RSI(Repetitive Strain Injury) mainly through lack of attention to unbalanced working style.

1st step:
I practice Parallel Pointing(PP).

An instance:
My right palm will only move the cursor by rolling the TrackBall[*].
My left palm will only create clicks by pressing on the surface of the "ErgoClick"[**].
My fingers are not used without keyboard.

2nd Step:
I practice Abdominal Breathing(AB)[***].

I will slowly breathe out by counting 4.
I will slowly breathe in by counting2.
I make several attemts.
I will relieve the tension of repetitive strain.

3rd Step:
I practice Balanced Exercise(BE) by the name of "Flying Condor".

I will stand on one leg alternately.
I will spread my wings(both arms).
I will slowly bend down while breating out.
I will slowly straighten myself while breathing in.
I make several attempts.
"Flying Condor" improves the circulation of the blood and gets back my body balance.
